Ottomans had a large impact on the Arab world- specially the Mediterranean part of the Arab world. Their influence reached not only the culture, language, clothes …. but also in the kitchen. This is one of Ottoman heritage dishes and one of my favorites. I recommend that you try it! you’d love it! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
