Amirazz Matrimonial Services and its company personnel will be following Islamic basic ethical guidelines. The ethical guidelines consist of: truthfulness, honesty, kindness, integrity (that includes being consistent in word and deed), meeting commitments and sincerity. The best example of ethics is in the life of the Prophet (PBUH) himself. “The best among you in Islam are those with the best manners,” (Saheeh Bukhari). (See Hadith No. 56 (B) Vol. 8).
Any of the infractions below (not limited to the offenses aforesaid) can lead to disciplinary action, up to and including banning of a profile. If our team believes that your profile photo is not “real”, we reserve the right to request ID verification. Should this happen to you, our team will reach out to request legally valid identification; i.e., federal ID, state ID, driver’s license, etc.
Appropriate Profiles: To ensure the safety and security of our members, our team has a thorough photo verification process to avoid any possible misrepresentations, spamming, and/or impersonations. We stress that no user tries to impersonate any person, misrepresent your age, or put false information in your profile.
Catfishing/Ghosting Members: Amirazz Matrimonial Services was created for serious halal marriage. We prohibit catfishing or ghosting of our members.
Duplicate Accounts: Duplicate accounts are not permitted. Only 1 account per person. If for any reason you need to create a new account, please contact us. Any new account needs to be verified by the Amirazz team.
Harassment: Amirazz prohibits any form of harassment; which includes abuse (written or verbal), humiliation, intimidation, or threats that put our members in fear. Please contact us with any concerns of harassment.
Hate/Racist/Bias/Disrepectful Accounts or Behavior: We strictly prohibit any content that supports or advocates racism, bigotry, or any form of hatred against users or groups based on their religious sect, ethnicity, national origin, disability, age, or gender. Any racist or hate behavior (not limited to the abovementioned offenses) will not be tolerated, and users will be banned or warned.
Diversity is our heritage and our future. At Amirazz, diversity is fundamental to our culture, history, and identity. Inclusion is the way we treat and perceive all differences. We want to create an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity are seen as a real value for our employees and members.
Inappropriate Language:
To ensure a safe environment for our members and our customer support team, we expect there to be appropriate and kind communication among all parties.
Inappropriate Photos: Users should not have inappropriate, sexual, or nude photos on their profiles. Content containing nudity or anything sexually explicit is strictly prohibited. Users must not engage in sexual conversations or inappropriate, sexual behavior on video chats.
Minors: You must be 18 years or older to sign up for our app.
Polygamy: Amirazz Matrimonial Services does not facilitate polygamy. Even though Islamically polygamy is allowed; polygamy is illegal in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and other countries.
Solicitation/Prostitution
- There is no form of solicitation allowed. There is no exchanging or sending of money between members of the app or website.
- Do not disclose any personal financial information.
- No prostitution, human trafficking, or any other forms of sexual exploitation.
Messaging on the App Guidelines
- The woman must contact the male member first to initiate any conversations.
- Messaging must follow the Amirazz Appropriate Behavior guidelines.
- Members are expected to be honest, polite, truthful, and respectful to other members while conversing.
Verification Process
Our Amirazz team verifies each new member profile individually to confirm that the member is real and not a fake account and that the member is an adult. Our team screens and checks that our members meet the age requirements and that the member matches their profile photos submitted when creating a new profile. At times, the team may require members to verify their identity. Don’t fret; this photo verification won’t be displayed on your profile or to be seen by other members. We collect and use your photo for profile verification purposes as identified in our Personal Information Use Notice.
